Step 3: Click Add to Cart
Step 4: Go to My Cart and review your Order Summary
Step 5: Click Checkout
Step 6: Sign in or create your Printbiz account
Step 7: Select your preferred Delivery or Pickup Method
Step 8: Enter any Promo Code, Voucher, or E-Coupon (if applicable)
Step 9: Choose your Payment Method
Step 10: Confirm your order and wait for the Order Acknowledgment Email

That’s it! Your order will be processed and packed by our Printbiz fulfillment team.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Credit / Debit Card Payment

Printbiz accepts major credit and debit cards issued in the Philippines.
This includes:

• VISA
• Mastercard
• JCB
• American Express

Your payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. A payment confirmation email will be sent once your transaction is successful.

Note:
If someone else will receive your order, please prepare:

• Authorization letter
• Valid ID of customer
• Valid ID of authorized receiver

Fraud-flagged or high-risk transactions may be reviewed or declined based on our security protocols.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may pay in cash upon delivery through our authorized courier partners.
For smooth delivery, we recommend preparing the exact amount, as riders may not always carry change.

COD may not be available for some large machines (e.g., wide format printers, heat press machines, heavy equipment) depending on area coverage.

3. E-Coupons & E-Vouchers

Valid Printbiz-issued vouchers, promo codes, and digital coupons may be used upon checkout.
Simply input the voucher code or select the stored voucher during payment.

Promo vouchers and discount codes are applicable only to qualified products and cannot be reused once applied.

4. E-Wallets

Printbiz accepts leading e-wallet payment options:

• GCash

Upon selection, you will be redirected to the secure payment portal to complete your transaction.

ORDER SUPPORT & VERIFICATION

For high-value items like:

Printbiz may conduct additional order verification to ensure customer safety and prevent fraudulent transactions. You may be contacted via email, SMS, or phone.
