CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All cancellations must be made before checkout.
    Once checkout is completed, Printbiz can no longer accept cancellations from the customer.

  2. Printbiz reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
    a. The customer has failed to receive the order after three (3) attempted deliveries;
    b. The customer has failed to collect their order from the selected pickup location within the allowed collection period;
    c. The order has been flagged or evaluated as a potential fraud case;
    d. The item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen issues;
    e. Other situations where completing the order is not possible.

  3. If Printbiz cancels an order, the cancellation will apply to the entire order, not partially or per item.

  4. Customers will receive a notification via their provided contact details if an order has been cancelled.

  5. For cancelled orders paid via credit or debit card, refunds will be processed through payment reversal following Printbiz’s standard processing period and the customer’s bank policies.

  6. For cancelled orders paid using vouchers or store credits, equivalent vouchers or store credits will be re-issued to the customer.

  7. Promotional vouchers, discount codes, and coupon-based discounts used in the cancelled order cannot be reused or reinstated for future orders.
